What does Lapenta Commerce LLC do?

We supply custom apparel, promotional products, and high-quality blanks sourced from Latin America—primarily Peru. We tailor our services to fit your production needs.

How does Lapenta Commerce go about sourcing/vetting their suppliers?

At Lapenta Commerce, we source through a trusted network of Peruvian manufacturers—many of whom have over 10 years of industry experience working with our local partners. Over the past two years, we’ve built strong direct relationships with these suppliers, ensuring reliable quality, clear communication, and efficient production from start to finish.

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 150 units across all products. We’ve set this level to balance quality control with accessibility, giving brands the ability to scale without the steep 1,000-unit minimums you’ll often see from overseas suppliers.

Where are your suppliers located?

The majority of our network is based in Peru, with some partners throughout South America. We work with vetted manufacturers, many of whom we’ve built relationships with over the past 2 years.

How do you ensure quality control?

We personally manage communication and oversee production to ensure all specs are met. We work with factories that consistently meet international quality standards, and we inspect items before shipping.

Do you handle shipping and customs?

Yes. We offer complete logistics support, including international shipping, customs brokerage, and final delivery. We work with DHL, FedEx, and third-party freight forwarders.

Design & Manufacturing

Can I use my own designs?

Absolutely. We can manufacture based on your existing tech packs, mockups, or specs, and apply your designs using DTF printing, sublimation, screen printing, or embroidery.

How long is your production lead time?

Blank products are ready to ship. For customized apparel, production typically takes 2–10 business days depending on order size and complexity. Small runs are completed quickly, while larger orders require more time—but we always deliver on a timely schedule. Shipping time is calculated separately.

What materials and printing methods do you use?

We work with high-quality textiles including 100% Peruvian cotton, 50/50 blends, and more. Printing methods include direct-to-film (DTF), screen printing, sublimation, and embroidery.

What is your average production and delivery time?

Blanks are often ready to ship immediately. Custom apparel typically takes 2–10 business days to produce, depending on complexity. Shipping times vary by method—express air typically takes 5–7 days, while economy and ocean freight take longer.

Can I re-order items in the future?

Absolutely. We store production data to make repeat orders seamless and use that insight to plan ahead, ensuring smoother service and quicker turnaround times. We value repeat clients because it allows us to coordinate proactively and provide the highest level of service—often optimizing logistics and lowering shipping costs for future orders.

Are you a U.S. company?

Yes, Lapenta Commerce LLC is based in Arizona. All invoicing is processed through our U.S. entity. Products are imported from Peru or other South American sources.
